Sizing Your Watch
If you are ordering a watch with a metal bracelet, you would probably need to have it sized to your fit. To do this, we suggest you take the watch to a local jeweler who can probably size it for you, usually for a small fee.

Please Note: Once a watch has been sized it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Battery Replacement
Batteries can be replaced by any reputable jeweler, or by being sent back directly to the manufacturer. Most watch batteries have a life span of 2-3 years (taking shelf time into consideration). Watches with lithium batteries can last any where from 3-5 years, depending on the frequency of use of any backlight.
